How far do your twittering rights go?

In a recent story in the Guardian Manchester United manager Sir Alex Ferguson has criticised the use of the social networking site Twitter over a comment made by star striker Wayne Rooney after he threatened a United supporter. Ferguson, who hinted that his players could be banned from using the site, went on to say "players are responsible for their actions... We as a club are looking at it because there can be issues attached".
